• 24 Hours Per Year Of Continuing Education In Child Care

• Progress Reports For Every Child

• Child Abuse Awareness Education

• Monthly Staff/Training Meetings

• Drug Free Work Place Program; Pre-Employment Drug Test & Random Drug Testing

• Background Check Prior To Employment

• Baby Signs Education
